Job Summary

Lead a hands-on 2nd shift production operation at the Thomasville, PA facility, overseeing the safe and efficient production and shipment of bulk, bagged, and pelletized products. Manage a team of 10+ employees while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and customer service to hit production goals. Drive operational performance through scheduling, training, reporting, and continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing/aggregates environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain personal safety and uphold safety and quality standards, following CRH Life Saving Rules.
•Ensure personnel comply with company safety and health programs and MSHA regulations.
•Establish and assign employee goals, performance standards, and responsibilities, and provide motivation and feedback.
•Supervise and coordinate production associates to meet operational objectives; coordinate with maintenance and quality control.
•Coordinate production schedules with customer service and assist with plant projects that improve costs, capacity, quality, and/or safety.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
•Minimum 2 years of industrial operations or related supervisory experience.
•Experience supervising production associates in an industrial, mining, or aggregates environment.
•Experience with crushing/grinding/pneumatic conveying equipment is a plus.
•Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S experience is a plus.
