Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner in execution and planning to translate inclusion and belonging priorities into high-quality employee experiences.
  • •Serve as the day-to-day operational partner for ERG leaders by supporting planning, evaluating impact, and designing outcome-driven programming.
  • •Establish governance and documentation (playbooks, communication norms, systems) to make ERGs easier to run and scale.
  • •Support distributed community engagement with local/regional community ambassadors to design inclusive programming across geographies.
  • •Manage program logistics and budgets, and measure/evolve impact using participation, engagement, and feedback insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,500 - 126,500

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, People Operations, Community Programs, Inclusion & Belonging, or a related field in fast-paced environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience owning operational workstreams end to end and working autonomously with strong accountability.
  • •Hands-on community program experience supporting ERGs/affinity groups and large-scale engagement programs with consistency and care.
  • •Strong project execution across ambiguous, evolving priorities while staying organized and delivering reliably.
  • •A systems mindset to build repeatable processes and scalable frameworks, including comfort using tools and AI to enhance workstreams.
