Key Responsibilities

  • •Own logistics security strategy for HP’s transportation network.
  • •Manage loss, theft, damage, shortage and mis-delivery incidents across carriers, warehouses, and distribution partners.
  • •Lead transportation claims management, including investigation, documentation, recovery and settlement.
  • •Manage relationships with major LSPs, carriers, freight forwarders and 3PLs and investigate high-value shipment incidents to identify root causes.
  • •Establish security standards and escalation processes, conduct risk assessments, and use KPIs/data to drive corrective/preventive actions, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance or related field.
  • •10+ years logistics/transportation experience.
  • •5+ years managing logistics security programs end-to-end.
  • •4+ years experience developing and leading high-performing global teams.
  • •Experience managing 3PLs/LSPs and transportation carriers, including claims and loss investigation experience.
