Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve our organization management system with multi-level org structures, groups, roles, lifecycle, and provisioning via SCIM.
  • •Design and implement RBAC with fine-grained roles, permissions, and resource scopes across organizations, teams, agents, and resources.
  • •Extend enterprise settings and policies, including org-wide defaults, security policies, and configuration inheritance.
  • •Deepen audit logging infrastructure with comprehensive, queryable, tamper-evident trails for compliance requirements.
  • •Build admin APIs and internal tooling for enterprise admins, customer success, and sales engineering to manage organizations and onboard large accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building multi-tenant organization or IAM systems in production, with opinions on permission models, role inheritance, and policy evaluation.
  • •Proven ability to ship RBAC or ABAC systems and understand tradeoffs between flexibility and complexity.
  • •Strong emphasis on correctness in authorization and understanding why fail-closed matters.
  • •Ability to balance shipping enterprise features quickly with avoiding security gaps or breaking existing access patterns.
  • •Comfort shipping features end-to-end—from database schema and API design to admin UI and documentation.
