  • •7/8+ years of AI/ML experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Solutions Architect) focused on AI/enterprise solutions.
  • •Proven track record leading teams to deliver complex AI projects from prototyping to production.
  • •Deep expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, agentic systems, and deploying NLP applications at scale.
  • •Proficiency in Python and PyTorch, with experience using AI frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face; cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps experience is a plus.
