Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and package parts in accordance with quality standards and packaging guidelines while meeting production schedule and production rates.
  • •Read and follow safety standards, standard work, and company policies/General Plant Rules.
  • •Verify parts and shop packs (part number/description and special instructions/visuals) before running jobs and ensure quality before and after packaging.
  • •Complete day-by-hour tracking and perform daily 5S activities to maintain an organized, safe work area.
  • •Run jobs in the assigned area based on setup instructions; rotate between main facility and off-site warehouse as needed; work overtime when necessary.
