Key Responsibilities

•Assist with preparation, scanning and registering incoming claims received by post and email to ensure daily targets are achieved.
•Enter data into the incoming claims CRP to optimize data recording and meet SLAs.
•Enter data into outstanding claims to ensure KPI targets and SLAs are achieved.
•Liaise with other departments to provide efficient and professional responses, improving customer satisfaction.
•Maintain accurate filing records in FileNet to allow quick retrieval of customer queries and ensure compliance with SOPs and local regulations.

Key Requirements

•Fresh graduate, penultimate or final year student in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Able to work independently when needed, as well as collaborate as part of a team.
•Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
