Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer, track, and evaluate new-hire orientation and onboarding training in accordance with the People Pillar.
  • •Supervise new hires during the training period and provide recommendations to management/HR regarding training needs and continued employment.
  • •Schedule and coordinate training classes and logistics for multiple, sometimes simultaneous, sessions.
  • •Organize and maintain training venues, logistics, and equipment.
  • •Meet with trainers, supervisors, HR, and Benefits coordinators to review training materials and processes; help track compliance and results.
