Electronic Services Specialist – Merchant

Support Merchant services by handling inquiries and providing operational assistance to maintain merchant accounts and related services. Assist with merchant setup and ongoing maintenance while ensuring a high level of service for internal and external partners. Review account activity, provide reporting and maintenance, monitor centralized email channels to respond accurately and timely, and follow internal controls and applicable regulations to reduce risk.
