Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and participate in the development of sales presentations, annual wealth reviews, and other client meeting materials.
  • •Schedule internal/external meetings and attend/contribute to market huddles/pods; follow up after client meetings on takeaways and next steps.
  • •Coordinate new client onboarding, including adding clients to Wealth Direction (WD) and providing client and advisor support for WD usage.
  • •Maintain the Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce) and leverage it for data quality and updates to client/prospect information.
  • •Identify opportunities to retain and expand relationships, assist with client contact strategy and proactive outreach, and educate clients on digital/alternative resources.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of work and educational background.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in client service skills, including handling client/prospect and Center of Influence (COI) inquiries and relationships.
  • •Ability to exercise discretion when accessing and handling highly sensitive information.
  • •Ability to learn and use proprietary software, databases, and systems; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
