Key Responsibilities

  • •Support credit approvers with detailed credit analysis, financial due diligence, and review of credit proposals in line with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
  • •Participate in calibration sessions and help monitor approval trends under senior management guidance.
  • •Coordinate Credit Committee and related working groups by compiling and quality-checking materials, managing agendas/schedules, and maintaining action logs and records.
  • •Support credit portfolio strategy and risk appetite refinement, ensuring alignment with macroeconomic, regulatory, sectoral, and geopolitical trends.
  • •Collaborate across the Credit Risk team and other departments to uphold consistent governance across credit-related reports, strategies, provisioning, and risk frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of experience in credit risk within a financial institution.
  • •Understanding of business line operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls.
  • •Strong written, presentation, and communication skills to articulate concise key messages.
  • •Sound understanding of credit risk methodologies and regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, CRR, EBA), plus financial analysis knowledge.
