Key Responsibilities

  • •Take technical ownership of MarTech platforms, integrations, and delivery quality across Adobe, AEM/AEMaaCS, analytics/tagging, and tools like Sprinklr and Workfront.
  • •Define and maintain MarTech technical architecture, integration patterns, engineering standards, release approach, and technical roadmap.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution design, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, release, and production support.
  • •Lead and challenge vendor engineering teams; review and approve technical designs, APIs, data models, event schemas, tracking specifications, integration flows, code quality, and major decisions.
  • •Own operational readiness: validate release plans/rollback/disaster recovery, ensure security/scalability/observability/resilience, manage incident response with root-cause analysis, and maintain runbooks/docs for independent governance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering/technical leadership experience in digital platforms, MarTech, or customer-facing technology environments.
  • •Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM/AEMaaCS) and/or Adobe Experience Cloud (or equivalent enterprise digital experience platforms).
  • •Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, data flows, identity, consent, and customer profiles.
  • •Hands-on experience with analytics and tagging technologies, preferably Adobe Tags/Launch, WebSDK/MobileSDK, CJA, data layer design, and UTM governance.
  • •Experience with CI/CD, cloud environments, release management, automated testing, observability, performance engineering, security, and production operations, plus overseeing vendors/integrators.
