2nd Shift Production Manager

Oversee operational performance for the catalog assembly area, driving SQDIP results, cross-shift consistency, and resource alignment. Remove barriers to performance so supervisors and teams can operate effectively, review performance trends to find gaps, and support supervisor development. Ensure standards are completed through Leader Standard Work and sustain Daily Management Excellence (DME) practices while aligning across adjacent areas and shifts—without running day-to-day containment or routine floor problem solving.
