  • •Engineer on-call notification workflows that enforce acknowledgment SLAs without manual intervention.
  • •Architect and maintain a single-pane dashboard aggregating monitoring across global providers and manage legacy-to-modern tool transition during rollout.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of experience in Platform Engineering or similar domains with significant expertise in NMS platforms, Grafana, and major SIEM environments.
  • •Profound understanding of Vultr’s existing monitoring ecosystem, infrastructure stack, and standard operational procedures.
  • •Proven track record building complex integrations using Python and RESTful APIs.
  • •Extensive experience crafting or customizing sophisticated dashboards via Kibana, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
  • •Deep knowledge of ITSM workflows, specifically Jira and Mattermost, including event severity to incident metadata mapping.
