Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, reconciliations, reporting & analysis, and compliance support with accurate, well-supported balances.
  • •Partner with sites on account variances and account aging, recommending actions to resolve issues.
  • •Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly plant operational/financial reports to key stakeholders.
  • •Analyze operational and financial data to investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate impact on planned objectives.
  • •Support fixed assets activities, audits (statutory, DSA, SOX), RSD schedules, annual profit plan schedules, and lead project plans to execute improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting degree (CA or CA Inter), MBA-Finance, or B.com in Accounting with required experience.
  • •6-8 years of accounting experience.
  • •End-to-end process knowledge of GL/FA and understanding of OTC and PTP accounting processes.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • •Good working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Hyperion, OBIEE, ENCORE, RADAR, and DFT.
