Senior Manager, Engineering & Construction Contracts

Lead contract formation for major equipment purchases and EPC/contractor project agreements, ensuring negotiations, execution, and administration comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Partner with internal stakeholders, legal, and external partners to optimize contract terms, mitigate risks, and support successful development, engineering, and construction execution. Own contract management processes, monitor performance, manage modifications and claims, and provide guidance to project teams.
