Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or GED required.
  • •2 years of sales and customer service experience with the ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • •Ability to ask questions, identify needs, and improve the customer relationship.
  • •Proven success building relationships and recommending/referring products and services in-person and by phone.
  • •Demonstrated ability using digital technology to support business goals, plus the ability to meet SAFE Act requirements including successful pre-employment screening and obtaining an NMLS identifier.
