  • •Execute strategic plans with Restaurant Managers to optimize operational profits while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and Guest Service standards.
  • •Support employee and guest satisfaction programs and ensure staff understands program importance.
  • •Supervise hourly and seasonal supervisory staff, including work direction, performance reviews, coaching, and replacing open shifts.
  • •Maintain budgets and operational results (cost of goods, variable labor, safety), adjust operations to budgets, and ensure clean, safe, professional work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •3+ years of quick service food management experience with multiple large, high-volume food service operations and managing a team of 20+ employees.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • •Ability to work rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, and nights, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions while walking/traveling to multiple venues.
