Job Summary

Drive global governance and execution for returns and take-back operations, owning Plan of Record (POR) tracking, IT reporting, and POR reviews across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and APJ. Lead an AI and automation innovation pipeline, partner with business and IT to pilot and scale solutions, and quantify impacts through KPIs and data-driven business cases. Deliver end-to-end execution of cost savings with Finance validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Own global POR governance and execution for returns and take-back initiatives, including IT POR tracking and reporting.
•Lead POR reviews with clear agendas, progress tracking, and follow-through across regions.
•Build and manage an AI and automation innovation funnel, partnering with business and IT to prioritize, pilot, and scale solutions.
•Quantify implementation progress and business impact (efficiency, cost, cycle time) using KPIs and actionable reporting.
•Identify cost reduction opportunities, develop business cases and roadmaps, and partner with Finance to validate financial impact.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years of experience in returns, supply chain, or operations program management.
•Proven track record managing cross-functional, global initiatives.
•Strong experience in process governance, IT program coordination, or digital transformation.
•Demonstrated success delivering cost savings and operational improvements.
•Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive measurable outcomes.
