Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee finance and accounting functions for the Building/Finishing business unit and provide strategic guidance to the BU management team.
  • •Develop and manage annual budgeting and ongoing P&L forecasting to support revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • •Monitor key EBITDA levers, perform variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions and resource allocation.
  • •Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet) and provide forward-looking insights.
  • •Manage month-end close, ensure compliance with policies and internal controls, and liaise on SAP matters for the BU.
