Marine Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day marine construction operations in Basra, including vessel movements, piling barges, near-shore construction, dredging activities, and marine logistics. Ensure safe, efficient execution aligned with project specifications and international marine standards by enforcing HSE procedures, PTW/JSA/risk assessments, and conducting inspections. Coordinate with subcontractors, tug operators, survey teams, and civil work fronts, and track progress, reporting delays and constraints to the Construction Manager.
