Lead and manage bids for high-tech defense and security projects from RFP analysis to final proposal, coordinating cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers. Develop bid plans, assess risks and costs, define baselines, and drive a winning response aligned with the segment strategy. Engage in negotiations and ensure a smooth transition from bid to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the bid, following the internal process.
•Analyse the bid, prepare the Bid Plan and implement it
•Provide the best winning response to the customer requirements, consistent with the business segment strategy
•Contribute to the negotiations with the Customers and the Main partners and Suppliers
•Be accountable for bid pricing / costs in order to secure the deal
•Define the initial project baseline based on a viable solution and a clear project structure, define major milestones for delivery and acceptance, consolidate the costs and other financial parameters, and validate the whole project baseline for the bid.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in bid management in a high-tech and complex environment.
•Transverse leadership, extremely organised, Learn quickly
•Finance literate, business acumen
•Languages: French, Dutch and English (professional use required for the 3 languages)
•Educational background: Civil or industrial engineer, Business School Master Degree, MBA or equivalent by experience
