Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Advanced Structured Cabling & ICT Infrastructure Work: Install, service, upgrade, and decommission complex structured cabling systems, including Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A, fiber optic systems, and low voltage technologies.
•Be the onsite SME: Apply deep knowledge of industry standards and conduct testing, inspection, and remediation.
•Lead Teams & Set the Standard: Mentor Technicians I & II, coordinate workflows, ensure safety, quality, and production goals.
•Deliver an Outstanding Client Experience: Provide customer-facing technical support with clear communications on status and resolutions; support emergency service requests.
•Ensure World-class Documentation & Project Execution: Maintain documentation for time, materials, testing results, and progress; request tools and materials and participate in trainings.

Key Requirements

•Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage cabling systems.
•Proven ability to install, terminate, test, and certify copper and fiber systems.
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
•Understanding of NEC, ANSI, TIA, EIA, and BICSI standards; ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
