Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise site plan/design and manufacturing tool install activities, including cleanroom preventive/corrective maintenance programs.
  • •Coordinate contractors to complete tool-install work meeting safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • •Plan, track, and update utilities database; review and approve equipment hookup drawings.
  • •Lead utilities and cleanroom system fixing, including compressive root-cause analysis and implementation of CA/PA to prevent re-occurrence.
  • •Manage hookup project schedules, manpower assignment, utilities release coordination with equipment engineers, and control costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Design and engineering background with mechanical systems such as HVAC and exhaust systems.
  • •Familiarity with sustainability efforts including electricity, waste, and water reduction.
  • •Ability to perform automation using MS Office suite; Excel VBA is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with effective collaboration across levels.
