Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze & Planning: use tools and performance data to research customer behaviors and evaluate current store experiences.
  • •Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices and trends across marketplaces.
  • •User Experience Enhancement: plan/update visual merchandising calendar; create wireframes and mockups; lead vendor design teams to implement storefront designs aligned with brand guidelines (homepage, campaign landing pages, PDP, navigations, product categorization).
  • •Collaborations: work with store operations, omni buying, IT, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into UI/UX solutions; define KPIs and maintain brand-consistent eComm design guidelines.
  • •Drive brand experience consistency by developing and maintaining comprehensive eComm store design guidelines from the brand guidebook.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in design/creative/related areas with good business acumen.
  • •At least 3-5 years of eCommerce UI/UX experience with a background in sporting goods.
  • •Experienced in working with internal stakeholders and external TP/DP.
  • •Design, Project management tools
  • •Written English compulsory; Spoken English preferred
