Key Responsibilities

  • •Own platform engineering for RL environments and build the engineering org from the ground up, focusing on long-horizon, realistic training environments
  • •Develop and maintain software to significantly improve the quality and throughput of RL environment creation
  • •Create platform analytics to track RL environment costs, hours, bottlenecks, and subject-matter expert management
  • •Craft domain-specific verifiers for financial services verticals (e.g., PowerPoint rewards, Excel modeling, quantitative trading)
  • •Establish engineering culture and practices across the team and engage with customers/users to iterate on product direction

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with evaluating / benchmarking RL for AI agents; strong coding practices and test quality
  • •Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf) and delivering reliable software
  • •Startup mindset with fast iteration, proactive communication, and ability to move quickly
  • •Product ownership or user-facing experience with ability to prioritize a large feature roadmap
  • •Comfort talking to users/customers and translating feedback into product improvements
