Job Summary

Serve as the front-line member of the Customer Success organization, working closely with clients to evaluate billing processes and develop training plans for successful ZOLL Billing RCM implementations. Deliver comprehensive product training (onsite and remotely), help clients configure systems, coordinate with support and product teams to resolve issues, and track product adoption to ensure customers can effectively use the applications in everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Train clients on the use of ZOLL software and collaborate with customers on system configuration using best practices.
•Develop and maintain training and process materials to support successful implementations.
•Coordinate with support and product teams to resolve customer issues during implementation.
•Track product adoption to ensure customers are set up for success on ZOLL products.
•Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experience.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of experience teaching, training, or supporting others.
•Understanding of adult learning challenges and how to overcome them.
•Very strong customer-oriented focus and the ability to professionally handle difficult situations.
•Good technical aptitude working with software, including Microsoft Windows.
