Key Responsibilities

•Develop and optimize processes for MEMS design and fabrication, focusing on innovative material solutions.
•Develop sensor chip designs for pressure, air flow, liquid flow, magnetic, chemical, and electrochemical sensing.
•Conduct process development for semiconductor manufacturing, focusing on techniques to enhance efficiency and performance.
•Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition die from development into manufacturing.
•Ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer specifications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (applied physics, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field).
•Minimum 5 years of engineering experience focused on semiconductor sensor design, MEMS, or related technologies.
•Experience with semiconductor manufacturing or design including 5 years of hands-on experience in an industrial fab.
•Knowledge of semiconductor materials and processes.
•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
