Key Responsibilities

•Proctor computerized, knowledge-based written exams and objectively observe and score clinical skills.
•Prepare for test events by monitoring rosters and ensuring sites are correctly set up and cleaned up.
•Verify identification, manage the testing environment for candidate flow, and protect exam content.
•Observe and rate candidates during practical exams, resolving candidate issues or escalating as needed.
•Coordinate candidate rosters and provide on-site leadership across test days at locations within a 30-mile radius.

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurse with an active and unrestricted license in the state of operation.
•1+ year of experience in long-term care or caring for the chronically ill.
•BA/BS degree preferred.

•Valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel to test events.
