Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, oversee, and evaluate airworthiness and maintenance management practices internally and in contracted maintenance providers to ensure quality and compliance with GACARs and flyadeal GMM.
  • •Carry out inspections and evaluations to determine external maintenance providers’ eligibility and proficiency, including quality oversight for contracted line/base maintenance.
  • •Compile quality summaries, coordinate inputs for submission, and ensure employees have guidance and access to proper technical data, documentation, and hazardous materials guidance.
  • •Oversee/coordinate RII Program responsibilities and inspection programs (Quality Control Inspection, Receiving Inspection), including administering changes to local publications, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • •Ensure inspections are performed before work is released to service, maintain inspection records/forms, oversee incoming material/serviceability processes, and ensure inspection tools and measuring equipment are calibrated.

Key Requirements

  • •FAA/GACA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience as an LM technician or 3 years as a QC inspector.
  • •Maintain aircraft in the same category and class as flyadeal.
  • •Excellent knowledge of aircraft technical documentation and legal/regulatory airworthiness awareness.
  • •Working knowledge of AMOS customer processes, products, and services.
