Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap for Coach, greeting customers warmly and supporting a great shopping experience. Act as a brand ambassador for the Insider Program, promoting add-on sales and gift cards. Maintain accurate cash handling and compliance, process returns and damaged goods, and complete end-of-shift audits. Keep the cash area organized, monitor equipment, and support team excellence by assisting with training and mentoring.
