Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability across foundry processes by developing reliability strategies and plans for critical and constraint equipment.
  • •Own and administer the plant CMMS, including asset hierarchy, preventive maintenance programs, job plans, failure coding, maintenance-history reporting, and data standards/audits.
  • •Develop and optimize preventive, predictive, and operator maintenance programs using asset criticality, failure history, OEM guidance, and condition-based methods (e.g., vibration, thermography, ultrasound, oil analysis).
  • •Lead structured root-cause failure analysis for repeat and high-cost failures using methods such as 5 Why, cause-and-effect, and FMEA; drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Define critical spare requirements, support MRO and purchasing for inventory/lead-time improvements, and provide reliability/maintainability engineering input for maintenance projects, shutdowns, and capital improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or an associate/technical degree plus substantial relevant maintenance and reliability experience).
  • •3+ years of engineering, maintenance, or reliability experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • •Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, and utility equipment.
  • •Experience using a CMMS to manage asset records, preventive maintenance, job plans, failure history, backlog, and maintenance performance.
  • •Demonstrated structured problem-solving/root-cause methods and ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects with strong communication.
