Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure employees consistently implement NMDC Group HSE policies and procedures.
  • •Promote HSE awareness to field personnel to develop environmental awareness.
  • •Conduct onsite inspections and daily tours to ensure compliance with NMDC Group HSE Manual and project-specific requirements.
  • •Identify and report environmental observations and LSR violations; verify HSE requirements for each work scope.
  • •Verify implementation of FRA control measures; verify subcontractors’ HSE performance and conduct HSE inductions, emergency drills, toolbox talks, and accident/near-miss investigations; prepare weekly and monthly site HSE reports and monitor emergency equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in a related field, or equivalent.
  • •NEBOSH / IOSH Diploma or an equivalent internationally recognized HSE certification is preferable.
  • •Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree (Study Level).
  • •Ability to apply and verify HSE requirements across work scopes.
  • •Work under guidance of the Environmental Team Leader at this level.
