Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage applicant tracking in Workday ATS by reviewing records, disposing candidates timely, and following up on unresolved candidate statuses.
  • •Represent Wayne-Sanderson Farms at recruiting events and build relationships with schools and local agencies to attract qualified candidates.
  • •Coordinate recruiting by screening candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews, and recommending best candidates for openings.
  • •Partner with recruiters and HR on job bid processes, interview support, offer letters, and rehire status checks (including merging records when needed).
  • •Schedule new hires for orientation, paperwork completion, and job previews to support a positive new hire experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Demonstrated clerical experience; HR-related experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams; Workday or similar HCM system knowledge preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) with internal and external customers; ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
