Job Summary

Own and evolve the finance systems backbone at Figma, driving automated, AI-enabled planning and forecasting. Lead transformational finance and systems projects, serving as functional and technical owner of Pigment. Manage the end-to-end systems roadmap, influence data architecture and integrations, and build dashboards that surface KPIs. Partner with Strategic Finance Data Science, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Operations to improve forecasting decisions across the business.

•Drive execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise to define process improvements that enhance automation, standardization, and simplicity.
•Influence Figma Finance’s AI adoption strategy by embedding AI into systems and workflows to support analysis, reporting, and forecast decisions.
•Serve as functional and technical owner of the Pigment financial planning platform, leading development, enhancement, training, enablement, maintenance, and administration.
•Own the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, and governance.
•Design and evolve systems architecture and optimizze data flows, integrations, and tooling; establish cross-functional partnerships to improve forecasting in Pigment and AI-enabled tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 169,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in finance systems, roadmap execution, or a related function.

•Strong project management instincts to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
•Clear, structured communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
