Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise to define process improvements that enhance automation, standardization, and simplicity.
  • •Influence Figma Finance’s AI adoption strategy by embedding AI into systems and workflows to support analysis, reporting, and forecast decisions.
  • •Serve as functional and technical owner of the Pigment financial planning platform, leading development, enhancement, training, enablement, maintenance, and administration.
  • •Own the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, and governance.
  • •Design and evolve systems architecture and optimizze data flows, integrations, and tooling; establish cross-functional partnerships to improve forecasting in Pigment and AI-enabled tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in finance systems, roadmap execution, or a related function.
  • •Strong technical skills in system design and implementation, AI automation, data architecture, and integrations.
