Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer contract lifecycle (review, redline, negotiate, and execute NDAs, MSAs, DPAs, AI data-processing addendums, BAAs, amendments, and security exhibits).
  • •Decide when issues are novel enough to loop in outside counsel and manage the remainder independently.
  • •Build contracting infrastructure, including playbooks, template libraries, fallback positions, and escalation guardrails for routine deals.
  • •Run the vendor lifecycle: intake, due diligence, tiering, approval, renewal, and termination.
  • •Support compliance operations by running GDPR-related data subject requests and legal-request intake end-to-end, and managing policy lifecycle and access reviews using Drata and KnowBe4.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years owning commercial contracts in-house, independently redlining and closing NDAs, DPAs, and MSAs without an attorney walking you through.
  • •Strong contract lifecycle experience across drafting, redlining, negotiation, and closing to signature.
  • •Ability to track obligations, renewal dates, and open redlines reliably with high attention to detail.
  • •Comfort working with complex data/privacy terms (e.g., DPA definitions of Personal Data) and resolving conflicts in language.
  • •Clear, concise communication with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and outside counsel; willingness to use AI to accelerate repetitive steps.
