Job Summary

Design and deliver enterprise automation for a large-scale, multi-cloud environment as part of the Digital Technology Services Digital Technology team. Build infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and GitHub Actions, and create bidirectional integrations with ServiceNow to keep CMDB and ticketing accurate. Develop AI-Ops patterns, codify compliance-as-code using CIS Benchmarks, and establish reusable automation standards in partnership with a third-party operations vendor.

Key Responsibilities

•Define strategies for how a large-scale, multi-cloud environment is built and changed across the enterprise as a Center of Excellence for automation delivery.
•Develop bidirectional ServiceNow integrations so automated changes, provisioning, and decommissions are reflected in CMDB and ticketing.
•Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to automate software updates and infrastructure deployments across cloud and on-premises.
•Author and manage reusable Terraform modules to standardize infrastructure provisioning across AWS and Azure environments.
•Establish automation standards and documentation, and integrate compliance-as-code into pipelines to meet CIS Benchmarks and regulatory audit requirements.

•Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (or 5–7 years equivalent experience).
•Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
•Proficiency developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
•Hands-on experience with Terraform in AWS or Azure, including module authoring, state management, and workspace strategies.
•Experience integrating automation pipelines with ServiceNow, including CMDB population and automated change request management.
