Key Responsibilities

  • •Define strategies for how a large-scale, multi-cloud environment is built and changed across the enterprise as a Center of Excellence for automation delivery.
  • •Develop bidirectional ServiceNow integrations so automated changes, provisioning, and decommissions are reflected in CMDB and ticketing.
  • •Build and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to automate software updates and infrastructure deployments across cloud and on-premises.
  • •Author and manage reusable Terraform modules to standardize infrastructure provisioning across AWS and Azure environments.
  • •Establish automation standards and documentation, and integrate compliance-as-code into pipelines to meet CIS Benchmarks and regulatory audit requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field (or 5–7 years equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
  • •Proficiency developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
  • •Hands-on experience with Terraform in AWS or Azure, including module authoring, state management, and workspace strategies.
