Job Summary

Own end-to-end fund administration and financial control for a multi-billion hedge fund client, supporting monthly NAV close, investor accounting, and financial reporting. Execute transaction-to-SubLedger and SubLedger-to-Oracle ERP/FS processing, run and oversee reconciliations, investigate breaks, and coordinate resolution. Review capital, P&L, and fee/performance allocations per governing documents, produce monthly close packages and financial statements, and support audits, stakeholders, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly NAV close activities, controlling period close in transaction systems, clearing suspense items, and ensuring complete and accurate postings to the SubLedger with supported journal entries.
•Oversee month-end posting of SubLedger journal entry summaries to Oracle ERP and execute automated reconciliations; investigate, document, and resolve reconciliation breaks.
•Prepare, review, and finalize monthly financial packages and supporting schedules with appropriate evidence, including manual accruals/adjustments when required.
•Perform NAV-to-General Ledger reconciliations and other reconciliations, researching and resolving differences through closure.
•Coordinate periodic financial statement production and support audit and stakeholder requests, while contributing to process improvement and risk/control remediation through testing and documentation updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,100 - 141,300 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in hedge fund administration, financial control, audit, or related financial services roles.
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
•CPA is preferred; other professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA) are also preferred.
•In-depth functional/industry knowledge and strong oral and written communication skills.
•Technical accounting and systems knowledge, including Oracle ERP and investor accounting platforms.
