Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead acquisition integrations and purchase accounting in accordance with ASC 805, working cross-functionally with finance and legal
  • •Own the full monthly, quarterly, and year-end close cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all accounting entries and reconciliations
  • •Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including investor reporting where applicable
  • •Maintain and continuously improve the general ledger system and financial record-keeping infrastructure
  • •Manage and develop a team of three direct reports, setting clear expectations and supporting their professional growth

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
  • •4+ years managing direct reports in an accounting or finance function
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or equivalent strongly preferred
  • •Demonstrated experience with acquisition integrations, purchase accounting, or financial consolidations (ASC 805)
  • •Proficiency with an ERP system (NetSuite experience is a plus)
