Key Responsibilities

•Design and engineer electrical systems for on-site power generation, high-voltage transmission, and large-scale battery energy storage supporting AI superclusters.
•Develop single-line diagrams, protection & control schematics, relay settings, and interconnection designs.
•Perform detailed power system studies (load flow, short circuit, arc flash, transient stability, harmonics) using ETAP, PSS/E, or equivalent tools.
•Integrate electrical systems with generators, battery storage, transmission infrastructure, and data center loads.
•Ensure compliance with relevant standards (NERC, ERCOT, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, UL) and support permitting and utility coordination.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology.
•Experience in Battery Storage: BESS, inverters/PCS, BMS integration, NFPA 855
•Experience in Power Transmission: High-voltage substations, transmission lines, grid interconnection (ERCOT)
•Knowledge of ERCOT, NERC reliability standards, and utility interconnection processes
•Experience supporting construction, commissioning, and operations of power systems.
