Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and engineer electrical systems for on-site power generation, high-voltage transmission, and large-scale battery energy storage supporting AI superclusters.
  • •Develop single-line diagrams, protection & control schematics, relay settings, and interconnection designs.
  • •Perform detailed power system studies (load flow, short circuit, arc flash, transient stability, harmonics) using ETAP, PSS/E, or equivalent tools.
  • •Integrate electrical systems with generators, battery storage, transmission infrastructure, and data center loads.
  • •Ensure compliance with relevant standards (NERC, ERCOT, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, UL) and support permitting and utility coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology.
  • •Experience in Battery Storage: BESS, inverters/PCS, BMS integration, NFPA 855
  • •Experience in Power Transmission: High-voltage substations, transmission lines, grid interconnection (ERCOT)
  • •Knowledge of ERCOT, NERC reliability standards, and utility interconnection processes
  • •Experience supporting construction, commissioning, and operations of power systems.
