Remediation Program Manager

Lead complex remediation programs for Oil and Gas clients in Colorado, driving performance to meet client satisfaction and KPIs. Manage program delivery across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets while ensuring regulatory compliance and proactive issue resolution. Supervise and develop a team of remediation professionals, including succession planning and mentoring. Partner with client account leaders to grow profitable backlog through budgets, capture strategies, and trusted stakeholder relationships, while enabling adoption of digital tools.
