Key Responsibilities

  • •Run engagements end-to-end by building the workplan, structuring workstreams, tracking milestones, escalating blockers, and keeping delivery on track.
  • •Embed with client domain experts to understand the problem, where SuperHive applies, and what success looks like in their environment.
  • •Lead implementations of existing SuperHive products through scoping customization, driving adoption, and ensuring benefits land in day-to-day operations.
  • •Lead design-partner co-builds for new capabilities by framing requirements, translating them for product/engineering, and feeding client learnings into the roadmap.
  • •Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and client operating teams to translate strategy into delivery realities and back.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in management consulting, a deployment-strategist/forward-deployed role, or a comparable operational engagement role.
  • •Structured problem-solving in an MBB/Tier-1 consulting tradition to break down ambiguity and drive to recommendations or delivered outcomes.
  • •End-to-end experience running complex engagements as a project manager/workstream lead, managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on, pragmatic ability to perform analysis, write decks, run workshops, and drive data-driven follow-through.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication across workshops and leadership synthesis documents.
