Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, manage, and review process design for wastewater and water infrastructure/treatment projects, including site surveys and client/contractor/supplier liaison.
  • •Perform hydraulic assessments, calculations, and existing process capacity/basis of design development.
  • •Design process equipment and produce PFDs/P&IDs, mass/energy balances, headloss calculations, and pumping system analysis.
  • •Prepare and manage technical documents and safety review inputs, including Hazardous Area Classification and Layer of Protection Analysis (LoPA), and support HAZOP/HAZID assessments.
  • •Delegate, direct, and oversee others’ work; act as a technical mentor and support bids/proposals and review/verify client deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading the technical delivery of large-scale water engineering projects with multidisciplinary knowledge.
  • •BEng or MEng in a related engineering field, with experience in water and wastewater treatment.
  • •Chartered Member of a relevant Professional Institution.
  • •Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and line management.
  • •Strong collaboration and coordination skills with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
