Own customer technical relationship for Ivalua Buyer (SaaS Source-to-Pay) after go-live within the RUN department. Manage enhancements, upgrades, and application performance tuning while gathering requirements and advising on procurement leading practices. Configure and customize the solution using C#/.NET and SQL, debug issues across implementation phases, and collaborate with R&D on product features. Also manage deliveries, resolve operational incidents, and contribute to peer code reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the customer relationship and gather business requirements to assess impact on the implemented solution.
•Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C#/.NET and SQL) to configure and customize to meet business requirements.
•Perform reverse engineering and debugging to resolve project issues across the implementation cycle.
•Develop advanced configuration knowledge to leverage configuration features and limit custom code.
•Manage deliveries and solve technical operational issues, including collaborating with R&D and contributing to peer code review.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience in software development, primarily in C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
•Ability to understand complex functional/technical environments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
•Comfortable focusing on configuration solutions versus new coding and development.
•Functional knowledge of SRM, supply chain, and/or procurement is a plus.
•BE/BTech or Masters in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (procurement domain is an added advantage).
