Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess manufacturing non-conformities, validate technical content in documentation, and create work orders for FAL rework.
  • •Provide technical support to production, including oversight of directed changes.
  • •Incorporate implicit knowledge into work instructions and refine language, detail level, and regulation assignment for correct aircraft build information.
  • •Initiate availability of replacement parts, jigs, and tools required for work.
  • •Manage continuous improvement measures for recurring non-conformities and support routing verification and ME activities in the FAL.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
  • •0-3 years of experience in aerospace, preferably in an Aerospace Final Assembly Line.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles, practices, methods, and tools.
  • •Knowledge of supply chain management and quality system management.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, including clear briefings and reports to customers and executives.
