Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own the AI adoption strategy and implementation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business needs and impact.
  • •Evaluate business processes and design/implement AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • •Integrate AI capabilities into ActiveCampaign and build workflows that connect AI outputs to existing operational processes and the broader tech stack.
  • •Analyze data to prioritize automation opportunities, establish measurable objectives, and report on workflow performance and business impact.
  • •Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with business priorities and support cross-functional adoption as new workflows are introduced.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 3,000 - 4,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience implementing AI tools, automations, and workflows in a business environment, with senior-level experience strongly preferred.
  • •Experience leading or contributing significantly to structured AI adoption initiatives (not just personal productivity or informal experimentation).
  • •Ability to identify business processes for improvement and translate them into working AI solutions.
  • •Experience building AI processes/workflows from the ground up and continuously improving them based on measurable results.
  • •Strong familiarity with CRM systems, particularly ActiveCampaign, or comparable CRM platforms and integrations.
