Key Responsibilities

  • •Create sourcing strategy and coordinate source selection for NPI parts.
  • •Develop RFQs/RFPs and purchase orders; evaluate and coordinate approval of supplier exceptions to terms and conditions.
  • •Coordinate invoice approvals and resolve payment issues.
  • •Track and manage supplier work in process (WIP), identify delivery risks, maintain promise dating, and update purchase orders as technical definitions change.
  • •Assess risks across the development-to-low-rate production transition; interpret TRL/MRL and coordinate supplier actions, while driving resolution of quality issues and supplier escapes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • •U.S. citizen who can obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
  • •Experience supporting supply chain management, including sourcing strategy, order placement, and delivery assurance.
  • •Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and related flow down.
  • •Strong analytical and writing skills for order justification and audit.
