Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Director of Premium Sales and Service with generating Premium Seat sales and administering Premium Experiences Programs for the assigned venue(s).
  • •Prepare, issue, and verify return of Premium Seat contracts and oversee accounts receivable.
  • •Maintain and strengthen client relationships, including liaison work with internal departments (Box Office, Finance, Marketing).
  • •Manage client tickets in Archtics and maintain the client email database with regular updates via Marketing Cloud.
  • •Conduct cold calls and prospecting for new clients; assist with on-site premium experiences and VIP Club interface on event days.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1–2 years of relative business experience.
  • •Strong communication skills with excellent customer service.
  • •Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and stay highly organized.
  • •Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
