DC Equipment Operator (2nd and 3rd shift)

Operate in a distribution center on the 2nd or 3rd shift, supporting day-to-day warehouse workflows. Assist with meeting daily, weekly, and monthly department goals, help resolve operational issues, and train/motivate team members. Contribute to continuous improvement focused on efficiency, accuracy, quality, and cost reduction while maintaining a clean, organized, secure, and safe work environment in line with PPE and safety requirements.
