Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize company products and services for designated target populations and geographies to meet monthly goals and sales activity.
  • •Generate and manage a business pipeline; analyze industry landscape insights and turn them into actionable opportunities.
  • •Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value propositions; develop tailored sales presentations, pricing, and cost analysis.
  • •Plan and attend industry trade shows and conferences to develop business opportunities, enhance brand awareness, and grow the pipeline.
  • •Interview, hire, train, develop, and manage Business Development I and II employees, including performance appraisals and addressing departmental complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience.
  • •Extensive knowledge of practices and regulations governing the retirement industry and implications for employer-sponsored retirement plans and self-directed IRAs.
  • •Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles to market IRA custody, escrow and paying agent services, Auto Rollover, and other custody opportunities.
  • •Ability to gather, compile, interpret, analyze, summarize, and evaluate information and data to identify sales opportunities and formulate recommendations.
  • •Solid knowledge of overall retirement and custodial services and operations.
